Return & Refund Policy
At Digihaul Designs, all products are custom-made and made-to-order, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a design has been approved and sent to print.
However, we want you to be completely satisfied. Here's how we handle issues:
Design Revisions
- All orders include up to 2 rounds of revisions before final approval
- Additional revisions are available for $15 per round
- Once you approve your final design, no further changes can be made
Refunds
- A full refund is available if you cancel before design work has begun
- A 50% refund is available if you cancel after design work has started but before final approval
- No refunds are issued once the design has been approved and submitted to print
Print Errors
- If your printed order arrives damaged or contains a printing error on our part, we will reprint and reship at no cost to you
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order with photo documentation
Digital Files
- Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are issued once digital files have been delivered
